Butler: Millard L. Diehl, 95, died Monday, October 26, 2015 at Laurel’s of DeKalb in Butler.
Millard was born May 4, 1920 in Ann Arbor, Michigan to the late Lawrence and Alma (Mann) Diehl. He was a farmer and worked at Universal Tool in Butler for 29 years retiring in 1987.
Millard married Joan (Stauffer) Diehl on June 5, 1955 in St. Joe, Indiana and she preceded him in death in 1995.
Surviving is one son; Randy (Kris) Diehl of Hicksville, Ohio; two daughters Marie (Harold) Dilts of Pleasant Lake and Patricia (Mark) Fitzcharles of Butler, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, October 29, 2015 at H.E. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home, 212 N. Broadway, Butler. Pastor Dale Rabineau of Christ’s Church in Butler will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Butler Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12p.m. to 2p.m. Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home.
