Diana J. (Girod) Agler

Diana J. Agler, age 70, of Angola passed away Monday, March 6, 2017 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.  She was born on September 11, 1946 in Decatur, Indiana to the late Richard C. and Mary (French) Girod. She was a homemaker, enjoyed being with her children and was an active grandmother and foster parent.

Surviving are four sons; Jim (Janet) Agler of Fort Wayne, Adam Agler of Angola, Jeff (Judy) Agler of Decatur and Alan Agler of Angola, three daughters; Amy (Curtis) Rekeweg of New Haven, Cari Parrish of Angola and Elizabeth Agler of Angola.  Also surviving are 16 grandchildren, one brother; Richard Girod of Decatur and one sister; Ruth Ann Moser of Decatur. She was preceded in death by her husband DeWayne L. Agler on October 12, 1999 and one sister, Patricia Walchle.

Visitation for Diana J. Agler will be held on Friday, March 10, 2017 from 3:00 – 7:00p.m.  at  H.E. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home, 108 S. West St, Angola.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Jason A. Bland of Dayspring Church in Auburn officiating.

Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Orland.
