Dick & Janet stood with our family in the loss of our parents. We have very fond memories of him and his family. Although we lived a distance away and rarely got to see Dick & the family, we thought highly of him, Janet, and their children. He will be missed! Please accept our sympathies. May the God of all comfort encourage you in this time of sorrow.

Leighann, It's Carol, your dad's hospice nurse. I just looked up his arrangements to find they are on the same day and time as our memorial service at Sacred Heart that we hold annually for those whom have passed in the previous year. I so wanted to attend your father's funeral but please know that while he is being honored at his funeral, I will be lighting a candle for him at the memorial service and speaking his name. I feel so honored to be able to know this amazing man and thank you and your mother and sisters for allowing me to assist with his care. His pain was a very difficult challenge and very not the norm but God answered our prayers. Only He could have provided mercy and freed your father from this rare type of pain. May God bless you and your mother, Jan and Sharon and all of your family as you celebrate his new life everlasting earned by your father's true faith in God. Blessings to you all as life progresses on. You were truly blessed by your father's time in his life here with you as I feel I was if only for such a short time.....
