Lisa Michelle Chupp

Angola:  Lisa M. Chupp, 50, passed away Friday, May 11, 2018.  She was born on April 16, 1968 in Sturgis, Michigan.

She was a 1986 graduate of Prairie Heights High School, where she was a member of the baton and flag corp.  She was a hairdresser and had worked at the The Hair Hut in Angola and later at the Hair Gallery in Angola.

Lisa loved her family and wanted the most out of life.  She enjoyed the outdoors, was free spirited, had a good heart and was a bundle of joy to be with.

Surviving is her mother; Mary L. (Chupp) Levitz of Angola, two sons; Caleb Lepper of Angola, Cory Barnes of Hamilton, one daughter; Tina Barnes of  Hamilton and one granddaughter; Halle Barnes of Hamilton. Also surviving are two brothers and two sisters; Kevin Troyer of Citra, Florida, Jeffery Levitz of Angola,  Jennifer Moore of Fremont and Teresa Bell of Wolcottville.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at H.E. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home, 108 S. West St. Angola with Rev. Paul Metzger of Jamestown Church officiating.

The family will receive friends from 4 – 6 p.m.

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials for Lisa’s children to be directed in care of Mary L. Levitz.
