Randall “Randy” Earl Shaffer, 69, passed Friday, February 18, 2022, surrounded by loved ones at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Randy was born March 17, 1952, in Hudson, Michigan to the late Earl Shaffer and Thressa (Shaneour) Shaffer. He graduated from Waldron High School in Michigan. Randy married the love of his life Rosemarie “Rose” on July 8, 1970, in Bryan, Ohio; they have shared 51 devoted years. He had worked at Amcast in Fremont, General Aluminum in Fremont; eventually retiring from TI Fluid in Ashley.

Randy was preceded in death by, brother in laws, Wendell Wyatt and Dale Ridgeway; sister-in-law, Nora Wyatt; son, Christopher Hagan; grandson, Caleb Hagan; and two nieces.
Funeral Service is 6 p.m., Thursday March 3, 2022, at H. E. Johnson & Son Funeral Home, 108 S West Street, Angola, Indiana 46703, with calling from 4-6 p.m. prior to the service.
Randy will be laid to rest at Toledo Memorial Park, Sylvania, Ohio
