Butler: Shirley Ann (Gaff) Fisher, 75, passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Garrett. She was born September 4, 1944 in Garrett to the late Carlos Gaff and Ruth (Beauchat) Stoy. She graduated from Hamilton High School in 1963. She married Harl “Mike” Edwin Fisher on December 14, 1963 at the Hamilton United Methodist Church, and he survives. She enjoyed painting, collecting unicorns and cookbooks and going smelt fishing.
Surviving is her husband Mike, two sons and one daughter; Mark E. (Susan) Fisher of Hamilton, David A. (Marcee) Fisher of Auburn and Tammy S. (Jeremy) Gaff of Kendallville, 10 grandchildren, one brother; Larry Gaff of Angola and five sisters; Barbara Rosendal of Montpelier, OH., Ruth Ann Logsdon of Hicksville, OH., Bonnie Baugh of Ashley, Patty Spangler of Frontier, MI., and Linda Tulley of Montpelier, OH.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one son; Harl Fisher, Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 11am Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at H.E. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home, 212 N. Broadway, Butler with visitation 1 hour prior to services beginning at 10am. Pastor Tom Wilcoxson of Church at Garrett will officiate. Burial will follow at the Butler Cemetery in Butler.
Visitation will be 4-7pm Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at the funeral home.
