Ralph G. Kern

Butler:  Ralph G. Kern, 61, died Thursday January 21, 2016 at his home.

Ralph was born in Fort Wayne on Monday, November 8, 1954 to Kenneth Charles and Patricia Joan (Pritchett) Kern.  He worked for KPC News as an active carrier.  He enjoyed horticulture, landscaping, the outdoors and reading.  He attended the Butler United Methodist Church.

Surviving are his parents; Kenneth and Patricia Kern of St. Joe., a daughter; Cindy Kern (Jamey) McMillen of Butler and a granddaughter, Alexia Kern McMillen of Butler.  Two sisters; Terri Kern and her wife Deb Tatum of Albuquerque, NM and Cathy (Dennis) Holman of Fort Wayne.  One brother Norm Kern of Franklin, VT. and his former wife Nancy (Freidenberger) Hugenard of St. Joe.

Services 11am Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church, CR 59 Butler, Indiana with Pastor Christine E. Fodrea officiating.

Visitation is Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at the church from 5pm to 7pm.
